How recommendations remain independent

- We may recommend a product or retailer that does not offer any commission.
- We do not accept paid placement in customer recommendations.
- No hardware brand may purchase a favorable score, recommendation, or omission of a meaningful tradeoff.
- Where practical, we provide alternatives so you can compare value and availability.
Where disclosures appear
When a guide or customer report contains retailer links that may generate a commission, we place a plain-language disclosure near those links. A link may remain non-affiliate even when it appears alongside that notice because programs and tracking availability change over time.
Retailer responsibility
RigAdvisor is not the seller of linked products. The retailer controls price, stock, shipping, taxes, returns, warranties, and order support. Prices and availability can change after a recommendation is prepared, so confirm the final product and order details before purchasing.
